Town of Winchester: Antiracist Organizational Development Project

We were engaged by the town of Winchester on an organizational development project to transform town government into an antiracist organization. This work evaluated current practices, reimagined policies, procedures, behaviors, and systems with the goal of creating structural change which supports the values of antiracism both internally and externally.
